 Custom Doll Order Process 

1) Customize Your Doll

Select all your specific doll options like wig, eyes, skin color and more! You can also take advantage of our Special Offers to add additional items at a discount when purchasing your doll.

2) Place Your Order

Payment accepted by credit card and Paypal. We can also accept payment by direct Bank Transfer within the US (ACH) and Wire Transfer for international customers. Payment plans / financing coming soon!

3) Factory Makes Custom Doll

This will take approximately 1-2 weeks for TPE dolls, and up to a month for silicone dolls and robots. 

4) Photo Review

We'll then send you, and review with you, factory photos to make sure everything looks right before we ship!

5) Delivery or Pick Up

While you can't pick-up from SD America in New York, we can ship either ship directly to your home in a discreet brown box, or to a FedEx depot near you direct from the factory! Please call ahead to the FedEx location nearest you, and confirm that they can receive an international shipment weighing between 60 - 100 lbs.
